6:38 pm	The Game Has Begun - Asuka Akashita, E5 to F6 The words slowly processed through her head: Battle Royale. Sitting on the floor as Ms. Ren asked them to be seated she felt Ayane grip the top of her arm as she put an army around her maternally, Ayumi on her right cuddling to Masaya and Saki sat on a chair with a hand on Ayane's shoulder. The program...us? How could they do this? I mean, Lesbian Fuyukyou's dad is a Government fuckwit...my dad is the richest man in the prefecture...Kazuya's father is a local Yakuza boss...we're too important to die! Asuka felt herself stand up, "Ms Ren, if you wouldn't mind, what the hell is this? Sure, the BR program is for bad kids, not us! Nobody in the class goes around stabbing their teachers or robbing shops and I don't think my father will be too pleased after he hears I have been put forward for it!" Asuka spat the words like poison and felt every eye in the room on her yet she kept her cool giving Ms. Ren an icy cold glare. "Akashita, shut up and sit down!" Ms. Ren commanded and Akashita felt herself drop to her knees as she scowled. What's wrong with her?...This isn't fair, it isn't fair at all...if only one of us can win then... Ayumi wiped a tear from her eye as Ayane and Saki exchanged a glance, Ms. Ren explaining everything to them about 'The Program' but Asuka was too concerned in her own thoughts to pay attention. She knew everything there was to know, well at least she thought she did. Then I will get out of here...I'll show every fucker in this room what I'm worth. There's gotta be more to life than ending it right here, and I have every intention of living my life. Nobody is going to fuck this up for me...friend or foe, they're all going down: I'll get through this...They better just watch out, I'll get through...I'll...win...Yes Asuka...I. Will. Win. Too concerned in her own thoughts as she ran a finger through the curly strands of 'perfect' hair she possessed she didn't even realise Saki Nobunaga, an ally of The Populars was stood up exchanging an open conversation with Ms. Ren. I will win, I know I can do it! I can survive all of this and show them what I'm made of...I want to have a life I don't want to die. There's no use in fighting it only one can win...I will be that one...Girl #1, Asuka Akashita, winner of this year's Battle Royale...sounds so perfect, right? I'll let them quarrel between themselves until I can get through this and win...that's right...I'll w- BANG! Asuka immediately looked up as her thoughts were shaken to hear Ayumi gasp and Ayane scream, seeing her own friend Saki Nobunaga slowly fall onto her back, a bullet embedded in her chest falling to the floor with her eyes blankly open a pool of blood appearing underneath her. The class backed away panicking, gasping and screaming as Asuka saw her dead friend's gaze and immediately rose to her feet anger boiling inside her. Contradicting herself completely, she did care that her friend had been ruthlessly killed by this scum bitch stood before. Ms. Ren lowered the gun as she gave a smile, and Asuka saw Ayumi and Ayane stand up too, as Ayane knelt over Saki's dead body. "Saki!" she whimpered and Asuka put a hand arrogantly on her hip. "You bitch..." she murmured but her voice loud enough for people to hear, "You bitch! How could you kill our friend like that? You're one sick bitch!" Asuka shouted and saw Ms. Ren raise an eyebrow. "You better be careful before you end up like your friend Nobunaga here!" Ms. Ren threatened and Ayumi sat slowly back down gripping Masaya while Ayane put her hand through Saki's hair. "I aren't scared of some middle aged bitch on a power trip! Bring it Ms. Ren!" Asuka cockily mocked and tossed her hair back arrogantly and talking completely down to their somewhat dangerous teacher. Before she knew it, every gun in the room was closed in on her as she heard them click and the soldiers aim at her. "...Asuka, please," Ayumi whispered and Asuka knew they would open fire on her. "Well, maybe a little scared!" she nervously laughed and sat back down again. Akashita could only contemplate how she would get out of here as they watched the ridiculous video featuring the 'Oneesan', the Big Sister. Asuka could only pull a cold stare and before she knew it, their names would have been called out. Ayumi and Ayane both knew Asuka would be the second person to leave the room and the three girls stuck close by another, Ayane and Ayumi both crying silently yet Asuka stayed strong, managing to pull a cocky grin as she tried to 'comfort' her friends. "Boy #1, Akimyaku Ryouichi!" the Oneesan clearly and cheerfully shouted and the tall yet disgusting figure of Akimyaku rose. "Here!" he shouted, his voice wobbly from fright: Asuka could only laugh as she saw this once macho rugby player be as frightened as a little girl experiencing a bad dream. "Girl #1, Akashita Asuka!" Asuka looked up and tightly embraced with Asuka and Ayumi. "This is it girls...you ready?" Asuka whispered to them and saw Ayumi Suzuki nod slowly holding back tears as Ayane wiped away a tear. "No matter what, we'll always be best friends, right?" Ayane tried to persuade herself only to have Ayumi reply, "Right." Asuka didn't answer. Standing up and breaking the hug she gave a smile to Ms. Ren as she picked up her school bag resting it onto her shoulders and walking to the cargo trolley with the army bags, the noise of her stilettos were clicking distinctly loud and as the soldiers threw the bag on the floor she looked at it in disgust. "Isn't anybody going to carry this for me?" Asuka sounded shocked and dismayed as all the soldiers did were snigger and slowly bent her knees and picking it up in her other hand as she gave a grunt of disgrace at how badly they were treating her. Looking at Ms. Ren and scratching her collar she stamped her foot. "Are you out of your mind? These collars will leave tan marks!" Asuka pleaded and sighed and all Ms. Ren did was shrug. Well, it was obvious she didn't care about her appearance. She walked slowly to the open doorway and turned to the class as she flicked her hair and resting the bags on the floor. "This is goodbye now!" she shouted to them all, watching the pairs of eyes watch her, some in horror, some in hate, some in lust and some in envy. Blowing a starlike kiss to them with both hands she picked up the bags and walked out of the door, disappearing into the night. Feeling the cold air hit her she shuddered and realised the only other person on this island was Akimyaku, a Jock who occasionally tagged along: she couldn't stand him. Biting her lip as she scuttled along in the ridiculous stilettos she headed to the commercial area around the Town Hall and smiled. For this was the beginning of the Battle Royale, which would end in Asuka's Victory. "I, will, win..." And whispering those words to herself with a smile, continued to hike to the Town Hall. 7:49 pm	Shintaro Kitano General Information Name: Shintaro Kitano Age: 16 Gender: Male Date of Birth: 1st of July, 1988 Report Card: A- Personal Information Appearance: Shintaro is shorter than most guys and quite skinny. He is pale and has short spiky black hair. He is quite plain to most girls. He usually wears a black blazer, white t-shirt and some torn jeans at the knee aside from his school uniform and is very fashionable. Kitano's appeal to the girls come mostly from his style rather than his looks and always wears a pair of grey, suede trainers. Personality: Shintaro is a little quiet compared to the other Jocks and doesn't stand out much from them yet on the inside he is quite a nice guy but could be deemed a little boring. He's a follower of Masaya Fukuda and Ryouichi Akimyaku yet he doesn't mind and is extremely laid back and easy going. Tragically, he is in love with a girl he has talked to once yet he dreams about her constantly and his friends always tell him to go talk to her yet he's too scared to, this girl being Yume Mifune, a funny and cheerful girl in class. He wants to be in a situation when it's only him and her and has been contemplating recently whether to take her out on a date. Strengths: 1) Running: Being the fastest on the Rugby team he is faster than most of the Track boys. 2:01 am	Tenchi Hayashida General Information Name: Tenchi Hayashida Age: 16 Gender: Male Date of Birth: 20th of July 1988 Report Card: C Personal Information Appearance: He is of medium height in the class and quite slim yet his appearance is quite attractive to the other girls, he looks slightly feminine. He is quite tanned and has dyed his hair Platinum Blonde which he dyes constantly as his hair is actually uncommonly ginger. He usually wears something along the lines of a white tank-top revealing his muscly arms: the only thing that is muscly. Along with this is a pair of black baggy trousers with a pair of white flip flops. Tenchi dresses different to the other boys yet carries his style off greatly. Personality: Tenchi is a rather quiet and mysterious guy in the class, not really socializing with anybody apart from his two best friends Yuri and Akira. If somebody else approaches him trying to make conversation he'll reply in a quiet voice and a short answer: it's just the way he is. Being able to carry of such a style, some of the girls find him attractive yet he only blushes if told about it. Most of the time in class he is staring out of the window or sat whispering to Yuri or Akira. Underneath the cool and quiet exterior, he is a very sensitive and caring friend, who'll always look out for his friends. He has been asked sometimes if he is gay but to settle the record, he's straight. Strengths: 1) Going Unnoticed: Being so quiet all the time and usually walking slowly down the corridors with Yuri and Akira, Tenchi is very good at going unnoticed. 2) Calm: He's always very calm and has never been known to go 'hyper' and always controls himself in any situation. Weaknesses: 1) Daydreams: He daydreams constantly and always drifts off into a nap because of this. He can sleep anywhere. 2) Communication: Aside from Yuri and Akira, he doesn't communicate with anybody else which can pose a problem in group work. 3) Untrustworthy: Whilst trustworthy to his friends, nobody in the class would trust him. Probably because he shuts himself off from them a lot. Overnight Bag: Carrying with him is a pair of black flip flops, boxers, baggy jeans, school uniform, black tank-top, black belt with a silver buckle shaped in a Peace sign, toothbrush, toothpaste, aftershave, cigarettes. Student Background & History Family: Sister, Ai: In her early twenties, Ai and Tenchi live together and are extremely good friends as well as brother and sister. She looks after him like a mother, and tragically, their parents died in a car crash before Tenchi was even two, so he doesn't remember them much yet Ai always shows him pictures of his loving parents. History: Tenchi's parents were both government workers and extremely highly regarded in the government as politicians, yet their style was sometimes frowned upon. His father was always appealing for higher family benefits so the nation could really be out of poverty and his mother was a politician that wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty by mixing with the poorest of people and eventually, being granted permission to commision to build nineteen factories nationwide. These factories gave away 8,000 jobs lowering the percent of unemployed from 68% to 59%. In other words, his parents were good people, yet they died in a car crash before he was even two so he doesn't remember them much. Ai remembers them a little more and they always go through photo albums together looking at photos of their parents. Until Ai was eighteen they lived with their Grandma who was very kind yet old-fashioned lady who brought them up well. Eventually, they were old enough to look after themselves yet they still visit their Grandma occasionally. Hayashida has been friends with Akira and Yuri for six years and the trio have been inseperable in school generally because they're so close-knit and don't talk to anybody. Apart from all that, Tenchi has had a fairly average history. Teacher Observations Class Behaviour: After much observation of Tenchi's work it is often unfinished yet he has great potential in Composition, being able to write some truly excellent poetry and literature. Unfortunately, he dislikes doing work and although he has never disrupted the class he daydreams out of the window or whispers with his two best friends Yuri and Akira. His attendance and punctuality record is fairly good. All we need is more effort to push that C up to a B. Friends/Relationships: Yuri Kobayashi: One of his two best friends, they sometimes spend time with each other out of school but not much yet he regards her highly and she is a member of their tiny trio. He is very caring of her and has often wondered if he has feelings for her although would never admit it as he knows over him and Akira, Yuri would choose Akira. Akira Yoshizawa: The other member of the trio, Akira and Tenchi gets along very well with her but recently, it's been rumoured he has feelings for Yuri too. Unfortunately for Tenchi, Akira is more sociable and a little closer to Yuri which he hates and Tenchi wishes he could just tell Yuri how he feels. 8:19 pm	Natsuko Minami General Information Name: Natsuko Minami Age: 16 Gender: Female Date of Birth: 4th of July 1988 Report Card: B- Personal Information Appearance: She has dyed blonde hair with intentional brown roots with her hair usually tied up on top of her head in a cool-messy fashion. Natsuko is of medium height and has a curvy figure being a little larger than most girls. Her face is quite pretty yet pale but she doesn't get much attention since she usually hides behind a layer of white powder makeup and black heavy mascara and eyeliner. She is a goth at heart and usually wears a black bow to tie her hair up with black lipstick and a pair of black, hugely-baggy flared trousers with a chain hanging from the pocket. On her torso is usual worn a black corset and she wears a black silk elbow-length glove on one hand with a dog-collar around the other and a black ribbon around her neck. This is her outfit aside from her school uniform. Personality: Natsuko is a fierce, loud andfiery girl who shows some leaderous qualities in her group of friends. She sticks up for what she believes is right yet this sometimes has led to being violent and she won't back out of a fight. Being quite strong, she has fought with many boys, usually winning and is probably the strongest girl in the class. Labelled a tomboy she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. Minami won't stand for bullying and regularly sticks up for a boy who is bullied in the class named Tetsuo Tsukamoto. She'll welcome most people with open arms and tends not to hold grudges. Strengths: 1) Strength: She will put up a good fight against most girls AND boys and her physical strength is something to be reckoned with. 2) Kindess: She'll always be kind to people no matter what, always sticking up for someone who is being victimised and is just a generally kind girl. Weaknesses: 1) Fierce: Sometimes her ferocity can give people the wrong impression. She is extremely loud with this which can put off a few people. 2) Recklessness: Being hot-headed, she'll rush into things without thinking it through. Mostly, she'll regret it. 3) Staying Focused: She'll easily get bored and if she needs to do a task she'll stray from it and daydream or just be plain ignorant about it. Overnight Bag: Some illegal Air Guitar CDs such as Stone Roses, Black Sabbath, Nine Inch Nails and a prized Nirvana CD. All of these have been smuggled from the West and she always carries her Walkman around to play it. Along with this is her trademark outfit (see appearance) hair clips and slides, a diary, underwear, toiletries and a thick dogtag necklace. Student Background & History Family: Father, Hoshinoru: A boring man yet a good father, he has brought up Natsuko well and has taught her to be polite. Mother, Mizuho: A very loud and fierce woman that used to work in the police force before the country became so fascist. Very close to Natsuko. History: Being the only child in the Minami household, Natsuko had an average childhood yet her parents remained adamant that she didn't get spoilt because of the situation. Minami was expelled from two elementary schools for fighting with other girls and her parents sent her to a juvenile reformation camp so she could have anger management. It worked a little yet Natsuko hadn't changed much when she got back and after much appealing, she got into her high school. After hanging around Yoyogi Park in Harajuku, she grew accustomed to the Gothic style yet she didn't really take on the Babydoll thing and was just a plain goth/punk. Her parents don't really mind as long as she expresses herself freely. Natsuko was arrested last year for smoking cannabis and it soon got around school: obviously she was a martyr for this! After much appealing she had to take unnessecary drug rehabition and only stayed a week before she was labelled 'clean'. After this she started hanging around with a girl in her class called Nao and her friends, eventually becoming a sturdy member of the 'Gothic Rebels'. Consistently throughout high school, Tetsuo Tsukamoto, a boy in her class was bullied so she stuck up for him and has been light friends with him. Teacher Observations Class Behaviour: Natsuko is very loud in class, often shouting out and swearing openly with her friends yet her classwork is acceptable and she is making sound progress in all her lessons. There have been some minor incidents about fighting with some of the Rugby Team yet she finds it hilarious. Unfortunately, Minami smokes in lessons and when asked to put it out, completely ignores the teacher and carries on. Friends/Relationships: 1) Nao Fuyukyou: A good friend of Natsuko's, she sees Nao as a leader and has a lot in common with her. Sometimes, she is slightly annoyed at how, 'Look everyone, I'm a lesbian!' Nao is and has said something about it yet it didn't escalate into a major thing. 2) Shizuru Tanazawa: The two have similar tastes in music and Natsuko and her usual trade CDs. They both hang around frequently and get on relatively well. 3) Yume Mifune: Sometimes her bubbliness annoys Natsuko yet she really makes Minami laugh. Natsuko sticks up for Mifune quite a lot and they hang around in the saem group. 4) Tetsuo Tsukamoto: A friend of Natsuko's, she has stuck up for him since he started getting bullied and often ruffles his hair in an almost motherly way. 9:46 pm	Ayane Mishima General Information Name: Ayane Mishima Age: 16 Gender: Female Date of Birth: 19th of September, 1988 Report Card: B- Personal Information Appearance: Ayane Mishima has pig-tailed, dyed brown hair with piercing brown eyes: although they are not natural and are the result on constant eye-contact wearing. She has a small frame but is around average height yet and average weight. She stands out a little because of her clear complexion and friendly personality. Sadly, Ayane prefers to copy the style of her leader, Asuka Akashita, rather than employ her own style and wears pleated skirts, vest-tops and a pair of stiletto boots most of the time with a 50s-vintage cardigan. All of these items are either white or pink. Personality: When not in the company of Akashita, Ayane is a very friendly, caring girl who has a very strong maternal streak in her, often playing the role of Mother Goose in class. Sadly, most classmates don't see this side as she feels she has to be different in front of Asuka and acts like her: a selfish and bitchy girl who revels in gossip and high fashion. Deep down inside, Ayane likes everybody and if somebody is feeling a little ill or injured themselves, she'll always help them no matter what. Contrary to her cool exterior, Ayane rarely tells people anything and rather than telling her friends how she feels, she'll keep it bottled up inside rather than confide in somebody and also, he is very much in love with a boy that she has hardly ever spoke to: Tetsuo Tsukamoto. Harbouring so many dark secrets, nobody knows that most nights, Ayane just cries herself to sleep. Strengths: 1) Many Contacts: Having connections with most people in class, she is on friendly terms with most of the Jocks and the other girls and boys. 2) Sociable: Being a friendly and sociable girl, she'll always be able to befriend people no matter what the situation and has an ability to unite strangers together. Weaknesses: 1) Bullemia: Ayane has been Bullemic for a number of years and it has taken it's toll making her extremely weak. 2) Panic Attacks: When under pressure, Mishima has severe panic attacks and will go for minutes without breathing. 3) Emotional: Appearing calm and collected most of the time, situations can get to her and show her emotional, tender side resulting with her in floods of tears. Overnight Bag: Carrying a makeup bagged mostly filled with nail varnishes and lipsticks, along with this she has three outfits and some silk pyjamas with two pairs of underwear. Along with this is three bottles of perfume and two packs of cigarettes. Student Background & History Family: Mother, Yoshimi: Yoshimi is a very caring, maternal mother who would give her life for her children. She stands up for what she believes in and takes care of mostly everybody. It must be where Ayane gets her nature from. Sister, Natsuki: Being a lot older and a dedicated goth, they rarely speak and are rarely even in the house together, yet Ayane misses the days when they had a lot in common. History: From a very loving and large family, they were very close and would spend a lot of time together. She saw her grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins nearly everyday as the family were very strong-willed and close-knit. At the age of 11, Ayane's father died after being caught in the crossfire of a grand theft auto on the bank where he worked. The family were broken up and Mishima has never really recovered and has never mentioned anything about her father to anybody. She only says 'He's not around,' if asked. Of all her cousins, she considers Masaya the closest and they get on extremely well. When they started high school, Ayane introduced Masaya to her new friend Ayumi and they got on like a house-on-fire, finally resulting in them being in a very close relationship. Never really having a boyfriend she wasn't that interested in them and steadily became one of the most popular girls in the school when she became a rigid member of The Populars and became Akashita's second-in-command. Only recently she has seen herself being attracted to a geeky yet cute boy in the class, Tetsuo Tsukamoto. Ayane steadily fell in love with him yet she never speaks to him and has always wanted to go up and talk but has felt like he wouldn't want to know somebody who comes across as false, phoney and bitchy. At school, Ayane is a strong, fashionable figure who rules the roost alongside The Populars, but when she's alone, she's a broken girl who never really has let go of her father's death. Teacher Observations Class Behaviour: Ayane isn't the cleverest girl in the class, yet by far not the dumbest. More concentration is needed for full pontetial and the frequent skipping of lessons is a disgrace in which she is usually accompanied by her two best friends, Asuka Akashita and Ayumi Suzuki. She tends to find that talking and reading glossy magazines in class proove a lot more for her "education" but if asked to get on she'll do so with little fuss. She is very maternal to most of her peers and will look after most people which is why she is well-liked but we have heard complaints of sometimes teasing female members in the class. Friends/Relationships: 1) Ayumi Suzuki: Being the least intelligent of the The Populars, Ayane has always been another mentor for Ayumi to learn from. The two of them have grown considerably close yet are afraid to spend time just the two of them in case Asuka feels left out. Ayane is cousins with Masaya Fukuda, Suzuki's boyfriend, and is the person that introduced them both, so Ayumi is eternally grateful. Ayumi and Ayane both worship the ground Asuka walks on, yet Ayane is a little higher than Ayumi in the hierarchy of The Populars. Ayumi tends to look up at Ayane as a mother and although she has her faults, Ayane is very maternal and takes special care of Ayumi. 2) Asuka Akashita: Being Asuka's second-in-command, Ayane is always at her side as she is with Ayumi. Asuka and Ayane are very similar yet even when Asuka is being horrible to Ayane, she still tries to get Asuka to like her and will never give up trying if Akashita shuns her. In some ways, Ayane is tired of running around after Asuka but would never dream of saying anything for the risk of her popularity. When things boil down, Ayane doesn't like Asuka much but feels she has to idolize her and stay in The Populars for her own safety. 3) Masaya Fukuda: Ayane is Masaya's cousins so they have practically known each other their whole life. Since Masaya has no brothers or sisters, Ayane has acted like a sister to him and the two have always got on since they were infants. Masaya can always consult Ayane on almost anything and he constantly thanks her for introducing him to Ayumi. In some ways, Ayane feels responsible for him if he ever gets hurt and is sometimes a little annoyed if Asuka talks about him nastily, yet she won't say anything. 4) Tetsuo Tsukamoto: She has spoke to him literally once or twice yet she thinks about him everyday and feels like she is in love with somebody who wouldn't dream of talking to. Ayane just wants to tell him how she feels but she knows he'll reject her and she's just too shy to say it. Mishima often bottles up her love for him and she envies Natsumo Minami, the only girl and friend who talks to him. (Comment on this)

4:35 pm	Asuka Akashita General Information Name: Asuka Akashita Age: 16 Gender: Female Date of Birth: 4th of October, 1988 Report Card: A* Personal Information Appearance: With long, usually-curled brown hair, Asuka is a little taller than most girls and extremely slim and slender. Asuka has seductive eyes and well-formed lips that add to her beauty and she uses it effectively to manipulate males into doing her bidding. Akashita's usually posture is arrogantly standing with a hand on one hip. Sometimes, she sports her hair in an off-centered bun or a ponytail, tied with a bright pink ribbon. Her usual attire besides school uniform is the same as her clique: usually pink, white, yellow or purple, and usually a pleated skirt, with white vintage high-heels, a pink tank-top with the phrase, 'Don't hate me because I'm beautiful...hate me because your boyfriend thinks so to!' scrawled across it in glittery, purple writing. Personality: The typical school 'Queen Bee'. Asuka is vain, wealthy, beautiful, arrogant, ignorant and bitchy yet people love her. She could choose any boy she wanted to date, could choose any girl she wanted to victimise and could choose any teacher to outwit: Asuka is 'perfect' amongst the ranks of hormone-filled teens. Her trusted sidekicks Ayane Mishima and Ayumi Suzuki are always at her side and the three are probably the most popular girls in school with Asuka as their leader. All the guys want to be with Asuka while all the girls want to be her. Also at her control is her underlings: the wannabe girls who are sometimes let to follow the trio around and do their bidding which they do like docile fools. Asuka, although maybe the most intelligent girl in the class, can be the most hateful girl when wanted. If something doesn't go her way, she can turn very nasty even to her 'best friends' who she will walk all over. Strangely considered a good friend, a prime example of her power and ruthlessness is when Ayumi and her long-time boyfriend Masaya Fukuda were on a small break. Whilst at the mall, The Populars spotted Masaya with his arm around a girl from Class 3-C, Sakura Sasagawa. Ayumi was heartbroken but Asuka took the liberty of ringing Sakura's mother and pretending to be a family planning doctor, lying to her saying she had the results of her pregnancy test. Masaya was soon back with Ayumi. Enough said. Before anything else in the world, Asuka prides herself on appearance and will spend literally thousands of Yen on fashion and hairstyles, always checking in a mirrow to see if things are 'perfect'. Strengths: 1) Manipulation: Being the school 'Queen Bee' and leader of The Populars enables her to have most of the boys and girls in the class wrapped around her little finger. 2) Ruthlessness: Asuka is out for herself and will not feel a single ounce of guilt if she truly hurts somebody that stands in her way. 3) Seduction: Even if her practised skills don't work, she can still use her beauty to get what she wants. Most boys seem to be infatuated by her. Weaknesses: 1) Disobservant: When doing one thing, she'll be so single-mindedly trying to achieve this that she won't notice what's going on around her. 2) Low Athletic Skills: Practically skipping nearly ever lesson of Physical Education, she isn't the greatest runner and gets tired easily. 3) Hand-to-Hand Combat: Getting herself into a fight is a foolish thing as she knows she will lose. Her punches and kicks are weak that's why anytime a punch-out is approaching, she'll get a boy to finish the work for her...although she has a hard bite. Overnight Bag: With Asuka's 'bare essentials' her overnight bag is pretty packed. Her most prized possesions are a makeup kit with five tiers that fold out displaying nearly every colour of eyeshadow, foundation, consela, mascara and lipstick the world has ever seen. Also along with her prized possesions are a pair of portable hair straighteners she uses twice a day and lastly, her cell phone with a pink cover. Along with this are five pairs of uneeded shoes, three pleated skirts, one pair of jeans, four tank tops, three sets of underwear and a range of CDs. Student Background & History Family: Mother, Hitomi: The docile yet superficial wife of computer tycoon Sempo Akashita, Hitomi enjoys the high-life and will treat herself to daily sessions of champagne and sushi by her pool. Father, Sempo: Renowned computer tycoon and businessman who gives his wife and daughter anything they want. A loving and well-respected father and husband/ History: Being born into a world of infinite wealth Asuka has been used to getting everything she wanted from literally being a baby. As she grew up, her parents' world revovled around her and she loved every minute. Her father would teach her everything about finances whilst her mother let her attend high-rise parties and VIP backstage events with her and her father. Almost surely this led to her being the person she is today, but Asuka showed great intellect from an early age. At only seven, she won the Prefecture Spelling Championship when faced against fourteen and fifteen years old and at fourteen she was crowned as the National Arithmatic Champion. Even though she knew she possessed great potential she preferred grooming herself for hours and has been approached by many modelling agencies which she often brags about quoting, "What agency should I choose? Dolce & Gabana or Versace? Oh it's so difficult..." Starting high school was difficult at first as she chose to find new friends rather than stick with those from elementary school where she came across Ayane and Ayumi. The three formed the clique that would be soon be called 'The Populars'. People loved them, yet people hated them. They were high above even the ranks of the preppy cheerleaders and the boyish jocks. The Populars were in a league of their own and so started the reign of Asuka Akashita, School 'Queen Bee' and dedicated bitch. Teacher Observations Class Behaviour: Asuka finds it enjoyable to skip lessons for 'cosmetic' reasons, i.e: sitting in the locker room with Ayumi Suzuki and Ayane Mishima styling hair, makeup, manicures etc so she is not present in many lessons. When in class, she talks constantly and will often protest if she is not allowed to fit three on a desk. Will kick up a fuss if herself or her two followers are ever seperated from one another. Most pupils see her as 'Queen Bee' in this establishment and there have been many reports of victimisation from nearly every girl in the school. Almost like a sub-section of this trio clique, Asuka has her underlings who only come to her aid when she needs them which is highly off-putting from a learning point of view. Although, when in lesson, her marks are probably one of the highest in the class and her ability cannot be deterred even if she doesn't put in a 100% effort. A highly intelligent yet superficial student. Friends/Relationships: 1) Ayumi Suzuki: One of Asuka's best friends, Ayumi is always at her side, as is Ayane. One third of 'The Populars', Asuka feels she is a mentor to Ayumi to teach her everything about being popular. She frowns upon the fact that she is so loyal to Masaya, Ayumi's boyfriend, and is trying to get her flirting a little more with other boys. Even so, Asuka cares a lot for Ayumi and defends her in everything as well as sticking up for her if anybody dares to say a word. They've been in the same class for three years and got talking when they were partners in History one time, both of them have been inseperable since. 2) Ayane Mishima: Again, another third of The Populars, Asuka has known Ayane since Elementary School and have been best friends since around 6 doing everything together. Asuka and Ayane have very much in common and pride themselves on being so ruthless. Asuka sees her as a sister and is usually at her side in every activity they do. Being the cleverest, Asuka always gets Ayane to do her homework but if Ayane likes anyone, she can trust Asuka to get them for her. 3) Nao Fuyukyou: Possible Asuka's biggest enemy, they have hated each other for around three years now. Asuka often taunts Nao in the corridors and in the locker room, mostly about her homosexuality. Everybody knows the pair hate each other with a passion and Asuka has been the cause of many a vicious rumour about Nao. She has always gone out of her way to be mean to Nao, yet Fuyukyou shrugs it off and doesn't let it get to her, often making remarks to Asuka and her clique on her own accord. Their rivalry started when Nao started the school and put in Asuka's class. Already having formed The Populars, Asuka took the liberty of welcoming the new girl and offered her to sit with herself, Ayane and Ayumi at her table. Nao refused a little too coldly for Asuka's liking and she's hated Nao ever since. 4) Kazuhiko Shinomori: The only boy in class Asuka thinks is very hot she rarely talks to him after a drunken one-night stand yet she still keeps him in her sight. 5) Michiko Yamaoka: One of the few girls allowed to hang with The Populars, Michiko isn't 'fully-fledged' yet but is often considered one of them and she is often accepted into the group.
